SHIPPING INFORMATION

• We currently ship within the UK, (shipping to Europe and USA soon)
  
  
• It is the responsibility the customer to provide the correct delivery details. Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for incorrect details, nor will we be able to refund the order or send a new one out unless purchased again.
  
  
• Shipping rates are fixed within the UK and added to your cart during the checkout process.
  
  
• Orders will be posted within 3 - 5 working days, any orders over £70.00 is free delivery.
  
  
• If orders are required urgently, please contact us directly via email info@hareeni.com with your order details and we will do our best help facilitate your request

• All orders are sent via Royal Mail signed for within the UK.
  Deliveries will require signature. however, if no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery.
  After three attempts to deliver, the package will be returned to HAREENI.

• Once dispatched we will email you the tracking details. Royal Mail are currently only carrying out contactless deliveries. If you have not received your order within 10 days please contact us via email (info@hareeni.com) and we will look into this for you.

• All orders should be checked upon receipt and any problems should be reported via email (info@hareeni.com) within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. We do require evidence of any issues such as damage to outer packaging or with products; without this we cannot make a claim through Royal Mail and you may be refused a replacement or refund if you are not able to provide photographic evidence when requested.
