RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY


We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem that we can rectify, please contact us at info@hareeni.com


Your item must be:


  • In its original condition (goods that have been cut, washed or processed by the purchaser will be deemed to have been accepted by the purchaser).
  • Returned within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Please follow the steps below to return items.

  1.  Contact us at info@hareeni.com with your order details to confirm that you wish to return your items and that they are in their original condition. You will need to send us images of the item. This ensures we can process your refund as quickly as possible.
  2. We will send you a returns form.
  3. Parcel up your items securely including the completed returns form.
  4. Take your parcel to your local Post Office for return. Buyer must pay for return delivery. Return delivery charges will not be refunded.
  5. Obtain an appropriate Proof of Postage when posting.
  6. Ensure you retain your proof of postage in case there is any problem with us receiving the item. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in the post.
  7. Once we receive your items back, we will be in touch to confirm your refund/exchange has been actioned.


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 

Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items 


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges


In the rare occasion that HAREENI sends a defective or damaged item we will happily offer a refund. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@hareeni.com

 

Cancellation


If customer wish to cancel the order, Kindly send an email to info@hareeni.com within 24 hours of placing the order provided that order is not processed for shipping
